Carrie

As Charlotte's first female professional boxer, I've shattered stereotypes and blazed a trail for women in sports. Retiring from the ring with still one of the fastest Knock outs recorded. 20 seconds in the 1st round.

My journey hasn't been without its challenges, as I battled and conquered breast cancer, emerging stronger and more resilient than ever before.

Driven by a passion for empowering women, I co-founded the "Women's Health & Resilience Foundation," where we strive to provide support and resources for those facing health adversities.

My efforts haven't gone unnoticed, as I was honored to be voted the Most Influential for 2023 & 2024, along with being recognized as one of Charlotte's  Top 50 Dynamic Women.

Beyond the ring, I pursued my passion for visual storytelling, earning a degree in Photography & Public Communication  from CPCC.

Co-Founded "Women's of the Carolinas Fight Life" in 2019, empowering women and girls through combat sports.

With determination, grit, and a heart for making a difference, I continue to push boundaries, inspire others, and champion the causes close to my heart.

September 11, 2016, I became an ordained minister and that was when “Christian Fit” was established. (A fitness class fueled by Christian music to build the body while feeding the soul).

  • 2021 at the age of 44, defying any stereotypes I became Ms. NC Americas United States, also receiving the prestigious Beatriz Community Service Award.

  • 2019 Co-Founded "Women's of the Carolinas Fight Life" empowering women and girls through combat sports.

  • 2022 International Ms. East Carolina & earned the esteemed Mikel Reed Community Service Award

  • 2023-2024 Crowned International Ms. NC

  • Recipient of the Shaun Strong Determination Award

  • 2024 Ambassador for Susan G Komen
